Overcrowding

That we overcome our idiocy and don't wipe ourselves out.

Work on life extension, then you've got all the time in the world to work on everything else.

Biodiesel - we're starving ourselves to death for our cars. I guess we can just drive ourselves to our own funerals.
What developments do you look forward to seeing in your lifetime?:
Time travel would be nice, but I'll settle for affordable space tours.
